Our Service Hub provides a low-barrier, single, coordinated access point to all of Bissell Centre’s services, collective case management, and supported community referrals.

Every person who walks through our doors is met with respect and compassion, whether they need housing support, financial coaching, or help navigating systems. Our team of dedicated staff are ready to walk alongside people to help them meet their goals.

At the Service Hub, we provide practical, structured, and goal-oriented supports. By helping people feel grounded and cared for, we create the stability and trust needed to engage in deeper, lasting work.

Open Horizons

Open Horizons is a collaborative, participant-directed, one-on-one approach designed to support individuals and families experiencing poverty, housing instability, and other barriers.

Staff work alongside participants to co-create forward-moving, goal-oriented care plans that reflect participants’ priorities, strengths, cultural identities, and readiness for change.

Supports are flexible and responsive, addressing immediate needs while simultaneously working toward longer-term goals.
