The students raised $190,000 in a five week period, which will allow us to launch a new program capable of housing about 100 more homeless people every year.
Circle K Fundraiser
The Event
Circle K International is a global organization with an affiliation with the University of Alberta. During the festive season, U of A students wrap Christmas gifts in local Hudson’s Bay stores asking shoppers to make a minimum donation to Bissell Centre.

The funds raised from the bottle drive and the clothing donations provided immediate assistance for people in our Drop-in Centre.
