Bissell Centre Telemarketing
Connecting with our donors via telephone
Bissell Centre uses telemarketing to talk directly to donors. It makes a difference for Edmontonians who are experiencing poverty and homelessness when we do. We partner with Voicelogic, who helps raise funds to provide basic needs, housing, mental health, and other short-term and long-term supports when our community members need them most.
We trust our telemarketing partners.
Why does Bissell Centre use a third-party vendor to collect donations over the phone?
Telemarketing fundraising programs require an extensive amount of resources and expertise. Our telemarketing partner, Voicelogic, helps us raise much-needed funds to sustain vital, board-approved programs.
How does it work?
You may receive a phone call from one of the following numbers: 587-602-5880 or 587-602-5884. These are the phone numbers Voicelogic uses to contact people. They are compensated with an hourly rate. They are not volunteers, and they do not collect a commission.
Is my donation processed securly?
We take the security of your personal details very seriously and have measures in place to protect them. Our telemarketing partners are compliant with the PCI Industry Data Security Standards and adhere to a strict set of rules and regulations regarding credit card information.
Who should I contact for questions involving the telemarketing program?

Why is Bissell Centre calling me?
There are many reasons why Bissell might be calling. If you’ve made a donation, you could be receiving a thank you or welcome call. We have other fundraising initiatives such as matching gift campaigns, monthly giving, legacy giving, and gifts of securities that our donors might be interested in.
